GTA 6: Top Things The Game Must Have

GTA 6 is one of the most anticipated games in recent times, and it is probably the most requested title in the entire Grand Theft Auto series. Rockstar Games released the latest installment in September 2013, and fans eagerly await the next title.

While the gaming studio has assured fans that the game is well under development, the community is also anticipating several new additions, improvements, and an overall fresh feel to the game. There have also been several fan theories and rumors that have added to the excitement.

10. Better AI

While GTA 5 has some of the best AI responses in the industry, the next iteration is expected to improve the AI further and provide a positive experience.

Rockstar Games has significantly improved NPC AI throughout its games, with Red Dead Redemption 2 being the current pinnacle of the studio’s capabilities. Fans anticipate an even more realistic AI in the upcoming game.

9. More Accessible Buildings

The GTA 5 Modding community has discovered a method of accessing most of the buildings that are only shown in cutscenes or missions in the core game through the use of mods.

This has opened up a new world of possibilities for players who want to explore the game in a more immersive manner. With mods, they can now enter previously inaccessible buildings and create their own stories within the game world

Rockstar Games should include more accessible buildings in GTA 6. Although the number of accessible buildings in recent games is higher than in most 3D-era games, the developers removed some essential buildings in the latest title, such as restaurants, internet cafes, fast food joints, and many more.

8. A Female Protagonist

Players of Grand Theft Auto 5 can only play as a female character through mods or directors mode, which should have been available in the original game.

Of all the great playable characters in the GTA series, not one of them is a female. This is a missed opportunity to flip the tables and present the game from a different perspective. Rockstar can rectify this in Grand Theft Auto VI and pave a new way forward for the franchise.

It might also be better if Rockstar focuses on multiple protagonists of different genders, just to keep the narrative fresh. That way, players will experience the story through multiple viewpoints, much like Grand Theft Auto V.

7. Eating Snacks For Health

Combat missions in the game can be intense, and players require consistent sources of health replenishment. Rockstar Games should incorporate the snack-eating feature from GTA Online into the upcoming game. This feature will allow players to engage in intense combat without fear of losing their lives.

6. Playable Cop

Do you recall the iconic game, True Crime: Streets of LA, which challenged the norm of the traditional Grand Theft Auto? This masterpiece allowed players to make a moral choice by playing as a police officer and even allowed them to defy authority and break rules in the form of a bad cop. It was truly a game changer in the realm of open-world action games.

Since GTA usually has you play as a bad guy, wouldn’t it be great for Rockstar to let us play as a policeman or a police girl for a change? Maybe it can be an undercover cop, so as to not deviate from the regular, criminal theme, but the character should have to have access to special police services and cannot commit too heinous of a crime openly.

This will definitely help make things interesting as well as provide more moral choices in the game, such as by forcing the player to choose whether to bomb a building, but be seriously condoned by the police or refuse and blow your cover.

Remember the true crimes of la when you had the option to play as a cop? and had the option to play as the bad guy and break the rules it would be a good option to do so in the new grand theft auto game

5. Larger Map With More Animals

Red Dead Redemption 2 has set a new precedent for Rockstar Games, showcasing unparalleled scale and variety that outperforms even their previous title, GTA V. The game boasts an impressive array of creatures and a vast terrain that appears to expand with each passing moment. The player’s natural curiosity is rewarded as they explore the various locations, each presenting dynamic, ever-changing environments that offer heightened risks and rewards.

The potential for expanding the game’s content lies in the reintroduction of Vice City, accompanied by the ability to travel between states via plane, thus granting players the opportunity to experience tailored missions based on their location. This would undoubtedly prove to be a significant Plus for players, further enhancing their gaming experience.

4. A Zombie Mode

Directors mode in GTA 5 lacked the option to play as a zombie and freely explore.

It almost seems cliché to include a zombie mode in Grand Theft Auto VI, but really, it’s an advantage. The nature of the GTA franchise makes it perfect for a zombie apocalypse setting. The built-in exploration incentive can be married to a city crawling with the undead, creating the best mixture of elements.

There is a mod that incorporates a zombie overhaul scenario into GTA V, and it’s quite good. Rockstar should take notice and implement this feature into the next game. If nothing else, it would be a new way to experience an already lawless world… with an added twist.

3. We Need: An Entertaining Supporting Cast

Let’s face it, GTA V didn’t exactly have the greatest cast of characters: Michael’s family are consistently vexing, while the variety of antagonists that pop up do not fall into the likable or memorable “baddie” role either. Even RDR2’s secondary characters, as good as some of them are, aren’t really that memorable.

GTA IV’s Brucie, Roman, and Packie, along with San Andreas’ OG Loc, Ryder, and Big Smoke are charismatic, funny, and unforgettable fan favorites. We need more characters like this in the next installment.

2. Better Hand-To-Hand Combat

Red Dead Redemption fans passionately assert that the combat in this game was without a doubt superior to every other Grand Theft Auto game. The NPCs were undoubtedly tougher opponents, proving challenging to knock out unlike the weak NPCs in the lackluster Grand Theft Auto 5. It’s crystal clear that if GTA 6 incorporated the combat mechanics of both GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption, it would elevate the user experience to an unprecedented level.

1. Faster Online Matchmaking

GTA Online is great, there’s no doubt about it. With a huge map to free roam, a litany of match types, and ever-evolving content, it’s as good an online gaming service as any for players who like to compete with others.

With all that being said, matchmaking can be a slow process, which can be frustrating for the player as it also interrupts the flow of the experience. We would love to see a faster, smoother matchmaking service in the next game.
